We stayed at Hotel Frisco for one night and our experience couldn’t have been better. From the start, Nancy at the front desk kept in touch with us to make sure we had all the details before our arrival, which we really appreciated. We booked two rooms, and both were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The lobby area is cozy, with a beautiful fireplace, and they even offer free hot drinks and cookies, which was a great touch. The location is excellent—only about 15 minutes from Breckenridge and 35 minutes from Vail. Main Street is right there, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is great! It gives a very homey vibe, with a big fireplace in the common space. They have happy hour from 4-6pm which is an awesome idea to bring guests together and get to know each other. We stayed in the winter and the rooms have a good temperature, mini fridges, and more! The staff was all very kind and they had board games available for the guests as well. Very cozy place with an awesome location and paid parking ($15/night). We will definitely be back!

Great location. Quaint little boutique hotel. Happy Hour in the lobby with live entertainment at 4. First glass is complementary. Would stay again. ADA room (108) is right off the lobby and windows are right on the Main Street sidewalk, so can be a little noisy, and you probably won't want to open the curtains. I don't believe this would be an issue with any other room.

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s super unique and great location. If you’re looking for a generic 5 star hotel this isn’t for you. This place has charm and history and she is old so understand that and appreciate it. I loved everything about it and Nancy in the office was super kind. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is a great spot right in the center of town! Quiet, clean, well-appointed rooms (I was in room 304). Access was easy. The coffee bar and happy hour were great! Excellent communication too. *I think this place is trying to recover from poor management/ownership in the past which is reflecting a lower overall rating than what the hotel actually reflects. Great stay!

If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. We stayed for 3 nights and each one was better than the last! We unexpectedly arrived 4 hours early for our reservation and Nancy was amazing at getting our room cleaned and ready quickly. The daily happy hour (with music!) was a delight and we enjoyed sipping our wine with the fire blazing and the snow drifting outside. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, 55 inch tv, and ceiling fans. The bathroom was also spacious and had great water pressure. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a great location in town. We would love to return to this quaint, clean, energized spot in Frisco!

Was here for a girls trip on a very cold snowy weekend in January. Nancy and her new front desk mate were lovely! So kind and accommodating! Our room itself was nice and spacious, but our bathroom needed some serious upgrades. It does appear they are working on the upgrades as other photos of other rooms have much nicer bathrooms. But that did not deter us from giving it five stars. The location is perfect! Close to many ski resorts if you want to ski. We did tubing at Frisco Adventure Center and it was a blast! Breck was also a short drive. The downtown itself is filled with cute shops, food spots, and the cutest wine bar! There was ample parking in the back for $15/day. Happy hour was also a nice treat. My friends and I enjoyed sitting by the fire sipping our wine and reading. I would defiantly stay here again if I wanted to be in the mountains but not at a busy ski resort. The local charm is 10/10!

I can’t say enough about how fabulous this cozy hotel right in the middle of downtown Frisco is and how gracious and helpful the manager Nancy has been. Our son suffered a skiing injury and was in the hospital in town before we could get here from out of state and Nancy, the hotel manager offered to get him when they discharged him. She used her personal car and collected him and got him settled into bed with snacks and water as we didn’t make it until almost midnight. She worked with us until nearly 2 am making sure we got everything for his care needed. This woman is an angel on earth and the hotel reflects her generosity and welcoming heart.
